Kaitlin Roach

Kaitlin Roach has experience across the public and private sector having held a number of roles contributing to place-based economic development.

Prior to joining Eloquium, Kaitlin's work was focused on evolving the startup ecosystem in Tasmania. She co-designed and delivered an industry-agnostic incubator program for early-stage startups, supporting over 50 founders using emerging and digital technologies.

She is also a member of the Regional Development Australia (Tasmania) Committee, auspiced by the Australian Government's Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications.

Kaitlin has worked across research, campaigning, local government, innovation and entrepreneurship. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours (Public Policy) from the University of Tasmania.
